Was originally a service repair for no heat. Technician looked over furnace with me being present and he confidently told me and explained to me what was going on with my furnace. He took time to point out the situation. His professionalism was great and I was not pressured into having a new furnace purchased even though it needed it. Honest conversation about the furnace and some potential health hazards. I felt comfortable with my purchase and 15 hours later I had a new one installed. Installation guys were just as great and clean. I got a great deal with special financing to a company they offered and I would definitely refer and use them again and again.

I had a pipe leak that caused water to pool in my basement ceiling. I tried two solutions that were recommended by other companies (change wax ring) (change toilet fill valve) none of which corrected my problem. Dakota recommended changing the supply line and even gave me one to do it. This experience felt like I was with a local small store plumber, not a big company. So personal and friendly. By far the best plumbing experience I have had. Instead of charging me an exorbitant fee to just grace my doorway the estimate did not cost a thing. Dakota was so helpful and recommended an easy solution to my problem. I can't say enough about this company. I would recommend them over every other plumber. Amazing. Absolutely Top Notch Service.

A huge shoutout to John, Bill and Bob of Sals Heating. I had a new boiler system installed and they went above and beyond my expectations. John was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. All three were very courteous and respectful of my age and lack of knowledge and cleanup was impeccable. It was a three day job and I could not be more pleased with the results. Special thanks to the team. Sals is very fortunate to have such exceptional employees.

We called Sal's regarding a heat pump issue and they came out same day. Unfortunately, we had to replace the heat pump along with the air handler. All the employees that we dealt with were professional courteous and nice to deal with. The staff are friendly and helpful and the installers were very efficient, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The service guy who came out was also very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything. I want to thank each individual we dealt with for doing a fantastic job from start to finish.

They are the worst company out there to have working on your,they come out to do a job which wasn't done right a day after I call them about the same problem which wasn't fix they reschedule me an hour before they come they call saying they will give me a 100 dollar back from my payment they will not come back. She claims my house is infested with roaches now they ain't coming. My question to sals heating and cooling if it was infested with roaches why did did you guys work on the job tech Dakota Cody a. If it was bad why did you started you guys are the worst bad customer service all around. So they keeping 350 dollars i paid for service they didn't fix anything stay away from them folks they will say your house is infested with animals ect

Phil was amazing. We had been dealing with no water for 4 days and a warranty from another hot water tank company and no chance of getting a tank in that day either, He came in quoted us a new tank and got us done that same day with no problem. was very nice explained everything and was in and ou in n time at all.

The saleman, Zachary, was super, no high pressure, just facts and seemed truly concerned about our situation. The installers, Manny and Danny couldn't have been any better. They were informative, friendly, answered our questions and made certain that we understood what they were doing and why. They were on time and fast. The products we purchased, a furnace and an air conditioner, are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone and will.
